The Hostel is in the heart of Edinburgh’s period West End, on the main intersection ‘Haymarket’.
The Hostel is directly opposite Haymarket train station and on the main bus route and ultimately tram route into the city centre from Edinburgh airport.
There are a number of ways from which The Hostel can be approached and to make the best decision, the use of a route finding service such as that on the AA website would be useful.
Unfortunately due to our central location, we do not have a car park, however there are a couple of options available should you wish to travel by car. The nearest 24 hour NCP car park is located at Castle Terrace, approximately a 20 minute walk from The Hostel. Rates are currently £26 for between 7 to 24 hours for overnight parking. The metered parking bays charge £3.20 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours parking, between the hours of 8.30am & 6.30pm. Parking is only free from 6.30pm each evening until 8.30am the following day and FREE all day on a Sunday ONLY.
